Refund Policy

We give our best to ensure complete satisfaction to our clients but in case, any client is not entirely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund. All refunds will take approximately 14 working days to process and it will be refunded in same account provided at the time of purchase and in the case of Payment Gateway, payments refund will be made to the same Bank account.

Terms And Conditions

  • Full refund can only be made when the request has been made in the first 15 days from the date of order, and if and only if the project has not been started by the programmer, designer, content writer or any other staff member..
  • We provide no refunds on domain registrations, SMTP Server, Dedicated Hosting, Bulk SMS service, Bulk Email service, Website Designing, SSL Certificates.
  • You are eligible for a refund only one time. If you've requested or had a refund before then you will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Domain Name Registration, Domain Transfer or any other domain related services is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "returned" until the duration of the domain expires.
  • Kito Infocom reserves the right to revise its refund policies at any time without any notice.
  • There are no refunds on the money spent for your marketing campaign such as PPC, Google Adwords, Social Media Campaign.
  • A partial refund can be provided to you for our SEO Services in case if a client provides a valid reason regarding an unsatisfactory service.
  • No refund is applicable in case of your website has been completed and uploaded on the server. However, you can apply for a partial refund before the completion of the project.
